Get hold of us — we actually answer
Calls and quote requests come through our Baltimore office. Theresa DiPietro runs the front desk and handles scheduling, certificates of insurance, billing questions and your moving-day paperwork. Marcus Hollins runs dispatch and the truck board, so if you need to reach a crew that’s already rolling, he’s your guy.
The fastest way to a real number
The single quickest path to a binding flat rate is the free quote form. Tell us your origin, your destination, your rough inventory and your ideal date range. We’ll come back with a written flat-rate quote — usually the same business day.
- Free quotes: submit the online quote form with your inventory and timing
- Scheduling and COIs: Theresa handles building paperwork, freight-elevator reservations and HOA forms
- Long-distance estimates: long-haul jobs run through Reggie — he prices the I-95 corridor personally
- Billing and payment: card, certified check or ACH on completion
Office hours
The office is open Monday through Saturday for booking and quote calls. Crews work seven days a week during peak season, and we’ll move on Sundays for an additional fee when the building only allows weekend freight-elevator slots. If you’re moving into a Canton walk-up or a Towson townhome and you need a specific weekend, ask early — those dates fill up first.
Where the trucks live
Our yard sits inside the Baltimore Beltway with quick access to I-95, I-695, I-83 and the Harbor Tunnel, which is how we hit any address from Fells Point to Ellicott City to Annapolis without burning your clock in traffic. Need our mailing address for a COI form? Theresa will email it as soon as you confirm the move.
