Usually two days door-to-door, sometimes three if a building only allows weekday morning elevator windows. Reggie's long-haul team loads in Baltimore, overnights, and unloads in Beacon Hill, the South End or Cambridge on day two. The window goes on the written quote.

We size the truck for the building. Beacon Hill cobbles and North End alleys are narrower than anything in Baltimore — I'll send a smaller straight truck instead of a 26-footer when that's what the destination needs, and the flat rate covers it.
